At Bano Stitching, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We do our best to provide high-quality stitching, sourcing, manufacturing, dropshipping, and course services. However, since our work often involves customized products and services, refunds are handled under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available if the service or product provided does not match the agreed-upon description.

  • Customized stitched items or manufactured products are not eligible for a full refund unless there is a clear fault from our side.

  • Courses are non-refundable once access is granted or classes have started.

  • Dropshipping orders are only refundable in cases of damaged or incorrect items delivered.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.

  • Incorrect measurements or details provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays).

Process for Refunds

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product or service.

  2. Provide order details, proof of purchase, and the reason for your refund request.

  3. Our team will review the case and inform you of the decision within 5–7 working days.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund, depending on the work already started.
